Currently we only ship domestically. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We usually process and ship your order within 1-2 business days, so allow about 1 week via Priority Mail to receive your order. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Don't panic! Freezing will not ruin the quality of the product. If your product arrives frozen, simply allow it to slowly return to room temperature and enjoy your product.

Our balms are designed to melt at body temperature. Please store your product in a cool, dry place when it arrives. Should your balm melt or be delivered melted, take these steps to bring it back good as new: 1. If just partially melted, use a hair dryer to fully melt the balm. 2. Stir thoroughly with a toothpick making sure ingredients are fully mixed. 3. Put in refrigerator or a cool place for a few hours. 4. Enjoy your balm again!
