RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions about our products and their use. If your order arrives damaged or with missing or incorrect items please let us know so that we may promptly correct the error. If you need to return items for refund or exchange please send them to the address below. Include a note detailing the issue, and if you’d like an exchange or refund. Once we receive your package your refund or exchange will be processed.
Can I return my balm if it arrives melted, or melts while I’ve stored it? Our balms are made with ingredients designed to melt around body temperature. Please read the "melt warning" section of your balm product. During the summer months or in places of warm climate, these products can get very warm in transit and may melt into liquid. Average Bros Company is not responsible if the warned items arrive melted. In most cases you should be able to stir contents and place in refrigerator or other cool place for a few hours and still be able to use them after they return to room temperature. Keep in mind that if you keep these products in a hot car, near a heater, or direct sunlight they’re going to melt. To avoid meltage, please store your product in a cool, dry location.
